To determine when you’re available, we consider:
the working hours you specify when you set up your account and
events marked as busy on any calendars you connect to Calendly.
To fine-tune your availability for each event type:
specify when you’re available or unavailable—on a recurring basis, for specific dates, or just one type of event
specify if events can start only at certain times (such as every 30 minutes)
limit the number of events held daily by type
prevent invitees from booking last minute
reserve extra time (buffers) before or after an event so you can prepare or wrap up
If you offer multiple types of events and want to make sure invitees can only select a certain type, send invitees a link to an event-specific scheduling page
Create a secret event (that doesn't display on your scheduling site's landing page)
Share a single-use link that can be only used once (we deactivate the link once someone uses it to book an event with you)
If you use Calendly for Google Chrome or Calendly’s mobile app and need to quickly share a link but don't have an appropriate event type already set up, just set up a quick event and select times you’re available, then email or text those times to your guest.
